About The Founder - Joy Cameron
Wellness has always been a passion of mine. But I haven’t always been well. I went
thru years of issues with thyroid, fatigue, vertigo, car sickness, stomach issues, and just not feeling good. I also experienced all these great side effects from being a mess - anxiety, itchy skin, and my favorite, flatulence. (I can’t believe I just told you that. Proper southern women do not talk about flatulence). With a high stress job, a challenging family life, and unforgiveness permeating, I had little time to address anything. So symptoms got progressively worse - - things went from occasional, to common to chronic. My adrenals were shot, I couldn't think, I was sleeping 13 hours a day on the weekends just surviving but not thriving.
But after quitting my corporate job in IT, slowing down, learning about my body, imposter foods, and proper nutrition, coupled with paying attention to my body’s warning signs, hard work, self-denial, and yielding to the Holy Spirit, I got better.
Now that I’m a better version of myself, I want to help you become a better version of yourself. I want to share my experience and give you the tools you need to create a new live-style where you are your personal best thru faith, mindset, proper nutrition, and exercise.
Besides that, I like learning about the Bible, eating good food, trying new exercises, and nearly all fur babies everywhere. Take a look to see what I mean:
